DECLARATION OF CONSENT for processing of personal data

By filling in the registration form at https://vcv.raredis.org/en/registration/, you as a personal data subject and under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation / Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) takes effect from May 25, 2018 / you agree to provide the personal data you filled in to the Administrator BULGARIAN ASSOCIATION FOR PROMOTION OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE, Association (BAPES), UIC 115782273, part of DZZD and Institute as the owner of the online platform “VIRTUAL CONGRESS VENUE” and you declare that you will notify him in writing in case of change of your personal data during the processing period. The purpose of your data processing is in connection with the services provided on the platform “VIRTUAL CONGRESS VENUE”, the correct referral of users to appropriate congresses, trainings, seminars, lectures and other virtual events organized by BAPES or a specific sponsor in the platform. The data is also used for marketing research, which is provided to sponsors in the online platform “VIRTUAL CONGRESS VENUE”, in order to inform about the subjects who have shown interest in specific products or services. By filling in the registration form you declare that you are aware of the fact that your personal data will be stored by the administrator for a period of 10 years, and after the expiration of the specified period my personal data will be deleted. By filling in the registration form you agree that your personal data should be processed by BAPES, as the processor has the right to provide the same to third parties without the need for explicit additional consent of the data subject. You declare that you are aware that as a data subject and in connection with your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

•  you have the right to access your personal data and the right to receive the following information: for what purpose the data is processed, what personal data, the recipients of the data, the processing time.
•  you have the right to request the correction of your personal data, which is inaccurate / out of date, and that you have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority in case of refusal by the controller to correct the data;
• you have the right to ask the administrator to restrict the processing of your personal data:
  •  when your personal data is not accurate, in which case the restriction is for a period in which the controller can verify the accuracy of personal data;
  •  when the processing of your personal data is illegal, but you do not want them to be deleted, but only to restrict their use;
  •  when the controller no longer needs your personal data for the purposes of processing, but the data are necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of legal claims;
  •  when you have objected to the processing pending verification that the legal grounds of the controller take precedence over your interests as a data subject.
•  you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted without undue delay (the administrator deletes personal data from all systems and records where they are stored, including notifying all third parties / processors to whom he has provided the data);
•  you have the right to object to the controller against the processing of your personal data at any time, stating the reasons for this;

•  we inform you that you should be notified when there is a risk of breach of security of your personal data, and the controller should inform you about the nature of the breach and what measures have been taken to eliminate it, as well as whether he has notified the supervisor of the breach.
•  you have the right to judicial or administrative protection in the event that your rights in relation to personal data have been violated;
•  you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data in part or in full at any time, for which I will notify the administrator in writing to the following e-mail address: info@raredis.org

 I also freely, voluntarily and informedly consent, BAPES to make videos and sound recordings of conferences, video chats and other events on the website which I have voluntarily joined with my webcam and microphone. I give my consent for the shots and / or photos of which we appear to be published on the BAPES website and to be available in the archive for past events available to other users. I am informed that I have the right at any time to withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data and to make video and audio recordings of my participation in the online platform “VIRTUAL CONGRESS VENUE”. I am informed that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the time of the withdrawal. I am familiar with the General Terms and Conditions and the privacy policy regarding the online platform “VIRTUAL CONGRESS VENUE”. By filling in the registration form and pressing the “REGISTRATION” button, you declare that you give your consent to the processing of your personal data freely, according to your will, and guarantee the accuracy of the data specified in the registration form.
