Marie-Cécile Gaillard hold a PhD in Human Genetics and worked as a scientist researcher in epigenetics and human rare diseases fields for many years until she joined Orphanet in 2022. As an Orphanet Nomenclature and classification project manager she is in charge of the review of rare diseases in collaboration with various experts along with her role of coordination of 20 Orphanet National Hubs in the frame of OD4RD/OD4RD2 project.
